Message	John and I do discuss various technical and procedural matters going on in the shop on a daily basis. However John speaks for the shop to customers on behalf of Z1 Motorsports. That is what his job is here and he knows the most about what is going on with a customers car. I have many other specific responsibilites at Z1 that completely consume a "normal" 14 hour work day. The fact that John is the one and only point of communication for customers with cars in our shop is made clear from step 1 on the first few lines of the "check in" form that all customers make their own decision to sign. We make every attempt to make our policies and procedures clear up front so that customers can make their own choice to leave a car with us or not.
